Role Overview

Onyx Fire & Security is a specialist fire protection contractor delivering high-quality passive fire protection solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Fire Door Projects Manager / Contracts Manager to manage fire door works across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

· Survey and scope fire door remedial and installation works

· Manage projects from survey through to installation and completion

· Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers on door sets and ironmongery

· Coordinate installers and subcontractors across live sites

· Carry out QA inspections and ensure compliance with certification requirements

· Maintain project documentation and photographic records

· Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders

Experience Required

Essential:

· Hands-on experience with fire door installation and remedial works

· Strong understanding of fire door compliance and best practice

· Experience managing projects, site teams or subcontractors

· Ability to survey and scope works independently

· Confident communicator with good reporting skills

· Full UK driving license
