The Role: self-employed
We are looking for an online tutor who has experience in teaching OFQUAL Regulated Photography courses from Level 1 to Level 5. The primary purpose of these qualifications is to allow learners to develop a range of skills and techniques essential for working in the media and design sector

The qualification is primarily delivered online including video sessions, so it is important for you to be able to engage, inspire and motivate students.
Candidates should have knowledge of qualification assessment requirements and be able to independently mark and assess student work in line with the Awarding Body requirements.

Candidates should be able to prepare, plan resources in addition to the resources providing by the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate online training and feedback to students
  • Ensuring the submission and marking of assignments/exam scripts
  • Promptly replying to student queries

Requirements:

  • Candidates with a bachelor’s and/or a relevant teaching qualification would be preferred
  • Candidates should have previous teaching experience OFQUAL regulated Photography qualifications.
  • Candidate should be able to teach qualifications from certificate and diploma level in Photography
  • Successful candidates will have good communication and English language skills
  • Experience in supervising student work and providing support and feedback
  • Candidates should be able to communicate complex information to a diverse range of students

Please note: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Pay: £300.00-£500.00 per month
