  • Learning & Development Internship

Location: United Kingdom (must be willing to travel for projects)
Job Type: Internship / Full-Time (flexible depending on candidate)

Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can both plan and manage social media content and produce high-quality visual and video content independently.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple platforms while also capturing real-life footage and photography on-site when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Develop engaging short-form and long-form video content
  • Shoot and edit real-life video footage and photography (on-site and on location)
  • Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement
  • Collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and brand storytelling
  • Travel to different locations within the UK to capture content and support projects

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and management
  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Must own professional camera/video equipment
  • Proficiency in:
  • Canva (Pro)
  • CapCut
  • Adobe Photoshop (and/or other Adobe tools)
  • Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Ideal Candidate:

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to travel across the UK for shoots and projects

Additional Information:

  • Portfolio or examples of previous work are required
  • Experience working with brands or businesses is a plus
  • Driving license preferred (not essential, but beneficial for travel)
