About the Role

We are looking for a talented and organised Videographer and an assistant to join our growing marketing agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for filming high-quality content for clients across London while also supporting the Marketing Manager with marketing operations and project coordination.

This role is ideal for someone with strong videography skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about content creation and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Content Production

  • Travel to client locations across London to capture video content.
  • Film high-quality promotional, social media, and brand content.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand content requirements.
  • Operate and maintain professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Ensure footage is organised, backed up, and delivered to the editing team.
  • Assist with content planning and creative shoot ideas.
  • Support the Social Media team during content production and video shoots.

Operations Support

  • Collect and organise client assets including logos, images, videos, and brand materials.
  • Maintain organised cloud folders and file structures.
  • Assist with setting up social media accounts when required.
  • Liaise with content writers, editors, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Support onboarding administration for new clients.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks.

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong videography and filming skills.
  • Experience using professional camera equipment.
  • Willingness to travel across London for client shoots.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Professional and client-facing communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Need to have a Valid Driving License

Preferred

  • Ownership of professional camera and filming equipment.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Experience within a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Canva, ClickUp, or similar tools.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and supports both content production and marketing operations across multiple client accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
