We pride ourselves on restaurant-quality food, warm hospitality and creating memorable experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Events Sales Executive/Manager to further grow our events & catering business by building relationships, generating new business and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is a proactive sales role suited to someone who enjoys networking, developing partnerships and creating opportunities. Working alongside the Head of Sales & Events and the wider Events team, you will be responsible for driving revenue across the restaurant, private dining spaces, TART Studio and external catering.

· Build relationships with corporate clients, venue finders, agencies, PAs, EAs, wedding planners and local businesses.

· Develop outbound sales activity through networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals and industry events.

· Conduct venue show-rounds and client meetings.

· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve agreed enquiry, conversion and revenue targets.

· Identify repeat business and reactivate previous clients.

· Enquiry Management & Conversion

· Respond promptly to all enquiries in line with TART standards.

· Prepare tailored proposals and quotations.

· Manage negotiations and follow-up activity to maximise conversion.

· Manage contracts, deposits and booking documentation.

Marketing & Brand Development

· Work with Head of Sales & Events Marketing to support campaigns and generate qualified leads.

· Representing TART at networking events and showcases.

· Maintain knowledge of hospitality and events trends.

· Relationship Management

· Build long-term client relationships.

· Undertake post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals.

· Act as an ambassador for the Wild by Tart brand.

· Finance & Reporting

· Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

· Work to agreed budgets and revenue targets.

· Maintain accurate CRM and booking records.

What We're Looking For

· Minimum three years' experience in hospitality, venue sales, events sales or business development.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strong commercial awareness and sales mindset.

· Confident networking and presenting to clients.

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

· Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.

· Passion for hospitality, food and people.
