Job Overview

F12 Performance is an independent sports and prestige car dealership based in Leeds, and we’re looking for a creative and motivated Automotive Content Creator specializing in photography, videography, and social media management to join our growing team.

We are a small and close-knit independent business, so this is a hands-on role with plenty of creative freedom. You’ll play a key part in how F12 Performance and our stock are presented online, producing high-quality photography and video content across our website and social media channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for cars, photography, videography and social media who wants to take ownership of content within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality video content
  • Creating short-form social media content including Reels, TikToks and other engaging video formats
  • Creating photography specifically for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms
  • Photographing our vehicle stock to a consistently high standard
  • Shooting walkarounds, vehicle features, behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content
  • Editing photography and video content ready for publication
  • Adding captions, subtitles and graphics to short-form video content
  • Helping plan and develop new social media content ideas and strategies
  • Supporting the growth and development of the F12 Performance brand across social media
  • Creating content at automotive events and other relevant occasions
  • Maintaining a consistent visual style and high standard across all F12 Performance content

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of professional or commercial photography and videography experience
  • Previous experience within the automotive or motor industry is highly desirable
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and video work
  • Good knowledge of Adobe editing software, such as Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop
  • Experience editing short-form social media content
  • A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and current social media content styles
  • A strong eye for composition, detail and visual presentation
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • A creative mindset and the confidence to bring new ideas to the business
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A genuine interest in performance, prestige and specialist vehicles would be a major advantage

Salary is dependent on experience, ability and portfolio and will be discussed with suitable candidates.
