Job Description

Monroe Estate Agents are looking for a talented and creative full-time Property Videographer & Photographer to join our growing in-house marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for property marketing and visual storytelling. Working across our portfolio of premium homes, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality photography and videography that showcases each property at its very best.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, creative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and attention to detail are paramount.

Must live within easy reach of Leeds.

The Role Includes:

• Capturing high-quality property photography and videography with editing.
• Editing and producing professional marketing videos for digital and social media platforms.
• Operating drones safely and legally to capture aerial imagery.
• Working efficiently to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Collaborating with the wider marketing and sales teams to create engaging property content.
• Travelling to properties across Leeds and the surrounding areas.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in professional videography and video editing.
• Strong photography and videography skills with an excellent eye for composition and detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience using AI-powered editing tools and workflows to improve efficiency and enhance content quality.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Must have access to a laptop or desktop computer capable of editing 4K video.

Preferred (but not essential):

• Qualified and proficient in drone videography, holding a valid CAA Flyer ID and Operator ID.
• Experience photographing and filming residential property.
• Ownership of your own professional camera, drone and filming equipment.
• Experience using additional Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Lightroom, Photoshop or After Effects.
• Knowledge of emerging AI tools for video editing, audio enhancement, image processing and content creation.
