Location: Croydon Campus (1.0 FTE)

Salary: £24,786–£37,000 depending on qualifications and experience (pro rata where applicable)

Hours: Full -Time - 37.5 hrs per week

Start Date: August 2026 (teaching from September 2026)

At London Learning Consortium (LLC/DV8), we believe education transforms lives. As a Grade 2 provider delivering across London and the Southeast, we specialise in personalised and industry-led training for 16–24-year-olds, especially those who thrive through creative, practical, and inclusive learning.

To continue our journey of innovation and excellence, we are seeking a Creative & Technical Tutor in Creative Digital Media to join our campus in Croydon.

Assistant Principal opportunities may also be available for suitably experienced candidates with curriculum leadership or management experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support learners aged 16–24 on Study Programmes, including those facing barriers to learning
  • Deliver high-quality small-group teaching across creative study programmes
  • Support learner progress, attendance and achievement
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and development
  • Participate in standardisation and quality improvement activity
  • Support recruitment events and learner progression planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant degree or strong industry experience in Creative Digital Media.
  • Teaching qualification desirable but not essential
  • Commitment to inclusive education and learner success
  • Experience supporting learners working towards portfolio-based vocational assessment

CREATIVE DIGITAL MEDIA

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across RSL Level 2 and Level 3 Creative Digital Media Study Programmes
  • Experience creating digital learning resources and delivering blended or online teaching
  • Experience supporting learners to develop industry-relevant media production skills
