6 month placement- In-House Graphic Designer | Graduate / Early Career| The Signet Collection

So naturally, we’re looking for a human being with brilliant ideas, good taste, a camera roll full of questionable photos and an unhealthy relationship with PowerPoint. If you’re a recent graduate (or just starting out), love making things look bloody brilliant, and would rather create something than sit around talking about creating something… let's have a chat.

We’re looking for our next In-House Graphic Designer for an initial 6 month placement (if all goes well we can chat about the future!) — someone who can bring our brands, hotels, people and slightly bonkers ideas to life.

Your superpowers:

You’re a creative creature
You can turn a blank page into something people actually want to look at. You understand colour, typography, layout and the small details that make something go from “fine” to “ooooh, that’s good.”

You are a PowerPoint LEGEND
Slides? You eat them for breakfast.
You know that PowerPoint doesn't have to look like PowerPoint.
You can take a room full of complicated information and turn it into something beautiful, clever and, most importantly, understandable.

You’re a go-getter
You don’t need someone standing over you asking, “How’s that thing going?”

You’re curious, energetic and happy to get stuck into anything from a new hotel launch to a recruitment campaign, presentation, brochure, menu, social post or “Hector has just had an idea…” emergency.

You LOVE social
Instagram? Yep.
TikTok? Obviously.
LinkedIn? Surprisingly, yes.
You know what makes people stop scrolling, what makes them laugh, and what makes them think “I want to go there.”
You’ll help create content that feels human, current and unmistakably Signet.

You’re a photography nerd
You see a good shot before everyone else does.

What we're looking for

• A recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their creative career.
• A portfolio that makes us go “YES. More of this.”
• Strong graphic design skills and a genuine eye for detail.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Photography and/or video skills.
• A natural understanding of social media and digital content.
• Confidence using the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar creative tools.
• Curiosity about AI and new creative technology — we're not afraid of it, but we're also not looking for someone who thinks “Make me a picture of a hotel” counts as graphic design.
• Bags of personality, energy and ideas.
• The ability to work at pace, juggle several projects and occasionally embrace a little creative chaos.
