Freelance Videographer & Content CreatorLocation

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic Freelance Videographer & Content Creator to support our growing portfolio of brands across the dental, healthcare, AI and events sectors.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their portfolio whilst working on a variety of exciting projects, including conferences, podcast interviews, promotional campaigns, social media content and behind-the-scenes footage.

You'll take the lead on capturing engaging content, editing it into high-performing social media assets, and helping bring our brands to life through creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality video and photo content across clinics, conferences, networking events, podcasts and promotional shoots.
  • Take the lead in planning, filming and producing engaging social-first content.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, testimonials and event highlights.
  • Edit videos into engaging content suitable for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Produce short-form vertical videos, reels and promotional edits.
  • Design simple graphics, thumbnails and social media assets using Canva.
  • Edit quick-turnaround content using CapCut as well as professional editing software where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan upcoming content shoots and campaign ideas.
  • Organise footage and maintain a structured digital asset library.
  • Travel to various locations across the UK when required for filming.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who has experience with some or all of the following:

  • Videography and photography
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Final Cut Pro
  • Canva
  • CapCut
  • Colour grading and audio editing
  • Creating engaging social media content
  • Storytelling and visual composition
  • Experience filming live events or interviews (desirable)

What We're Looking For

  • Creative with a strong eye for detail.
  • Passionate about creating engaging social media content.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and bringing new content ideas to the team.
  • Reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines.
  • Own camera equipment is preferred but not essential depending on experience.

What We Offer

  • Initial freelance retainer of £150–£300 per month, depending on experience, availability and project workload.
