Group Automotive Photographer / Videographer. Temporary Position to Cover Maternity Leave

REPORTS TO: Director Level

Cars 2 is a highly successful motor retailer who have grown extensively in recent years and represent several of the world’s leading motor brands, Hyundai-SEAT-Renault-Dacia- Lepas- Jaecoo- Omoda-Chery-MG -Nissan and our prestige/sports division, Pure Cars. We also have further plans for expansion throughout 2026 are now recruiting a Onsite Group Automotive Photographer / Videographer to support the promotion of all the used car stock across the group.

The role:

Key responsibilities will be:

· To support the promotion of all used car stock across the group through the Cars2 website, Autotrader and other partner facilities

· To ensure each vehicle has a minimum of 9 quality photographs / a video and a description that reflects the accurate specification

· To undertake stock reconciliation for the group on site visits

· To provide administrative support to ensure the group database is accurate and up to date

· To ensure all vehicles are priced matched on company systems

· To produce a comprehensive report for every site visit within 24 hours

· To upload all images to the relevant website within 24hours of taking the photo / video

Key Performance Areas:

Operating Controls:

Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks, complying at all times with Company reporting and other policies. To be a highly organised individual to ensure the 100% accuracy of the group photographs / videos to the database/website.

Prospecting and Marketing:

To support the growingCars2 market share, long-term customer loyalty and profitability through high-quality marketing and promotion strategies.

Planning and Organisation:

Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved to deadline, achieving optimum economy and the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.

Communication:

Carry out briefing reports to senior management to clearly communicate individual objectives and give regular constructive feedback on achievements. Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with colleagues and external representatives.

Strive to achieve industry leading customer satisfaction by following all relevant operation procedures. Ensure all employment, environmental, Health and Safety and other policies are strictly adhered to, operating within the law at all times.

Personal Criteria:

Display professionalism and motivation supporting the Company’s reputation for excellence through the high standards of personal behaviour, including appropriate dress code. Assess own performance and effectiveness and undertake personal development activities.

A full driving licence is required for this role, given it is a Group role.

Remuneration and benefits:

For the role of Group Photographer/Videographer, you will receive:

Salary: £24,825.00
