Property Photographer

Location: Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and North West Leicestershire
Permanent: Full time, 37.5 hours a week

The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Property Photographer to join our team. In this role, you'll capture high-quality images of residential properties that showcase their best features, creating compelling visual content for marketing materials, online listings, and social media. It's a great opportunity to develop your photography skills within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Photograph properties in a range of settings, ensuring optimal lighting and composition
• Edit and enhance images to maintain consistent branding and quality
• Produce accurate, clear floorplans using industry software
• Advise on ways to improve visual marketing and property presentation
• Create property walkthrough videos
• Produce social-media-ready short-form video content (reels)
• Operate drones to capture aerial footage
• Keep up to date with photography trends and techniques relevant to real estate marketing

Skills & Experience

• Strong photography skills with an eye for detail and composition
• Experience in photo editing to produce polished, marketing-ready images
• Knowledge of social media platforms for content distribution
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and clients
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• A background or interest in journalism or visual storytelling is a plus
