We are looking for a Videographer & Editor to play a key role in delivering high-quality video content for both client projects and internal marketing. This role is suited to someone with solid experience who can confidently manage projects from concept through to delivery, while contributing creative ideas and maintaining high production standards.

You will work closely with the Videography & Editing team and wider digital team to produce engaging, results-driven content. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to take ownership of projects and contribute to creative direction.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage video projects from brief through to final delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver against objectives
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment during shoots
  • Lead or support on-location shoots, ensuring smooth production processes
  • Edit video content to a high standard using industry-standard software
  • Handle post-production including colour grading, sound design and formatting for multiple platforms
  • Organise footage, manage files and maintain efficient project workflows
  • Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to enhance content performance
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
  • Stay up to date with video trends, formats and platform best practices

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in videography and editing or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
  • Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting and audio recording
  • Experience managing video projects from concept to completion
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and clients
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of video work
  • Full UK driving licence
  • This role requires regular travel to client sites across Northern Ireland. Applicants must be able to travel independently and reliably to meet the requirements of the role
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client projects and filming schedules

Desirable

  • Experience creating content for digital marketing campaigns and social media
  • Understanding of storytelling, audience engagement and content performance
  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Basic photography or design skills
  • Familiarity with emerging tools (e.g. AI-assisted editing, motion graphics)

Benefits
