· Visit properties to capture photography, videography and produce a floor plan sketch in line with the Fourwalls standards and guidelines.

· Working closely with estate agents and vendors to ensure briefs are covered and spaces captured as accurately and creatively as possible

· Upload marketing materials to our portal on the same day as each visit, along with EPCs where possible

· Provide mentoring and training for new photographers as required

· Produce Energy Performance Certificates as required.

· Well organised; with the ability to manage time and work to deadlines

· Clear, confident communication skills

Other

Reports to Lizzie Murphy (Regional Photography Manager) in all of the above.

We are a collaborative team, so flexibility and a willingness to support others is important.

Location: Remote / working from home with occasional office visits

Hours: Full time (35h per week). Please note – given the seasonality of the industry, we are also able to offer a seasonal working pattern too, with Monday to Saturday in the Spring and a four-day week in the Winter (with consistent salary across the year).
