Photography jobs in Berkshire

We make bespoke kitchens and cabinetry at our workshop in Minster Lovell, and we run saunas and cold plunges at lidos across the south of England. Two very different businesses, both with a lot worth showing, and not enough hands to show it.

We're looking for someone to help us capture and share what we do. You'll work alongside our Sales and Marketing Manager, who sets the plan. Your job is to make the content and get it out there.

The two businesses

Evie Willow designs, makes and fits bespoke kitchens and furniture. Everything is built in our own workshop by a team of around 20, from CNC machining to hand-finished spraying.

Still & Wild runs outdoor saunas and cold plunges at lidos including Chipping Norton and Portishead, with Guildford opening soon. It's a British Sauna Society Approved Operator.

What you'll be doing

• Filming and photographing our work on a phone in the workshop, in finished client kitchens and at our sauna sites, plus drone footage at the sauna venues
• Editing short videos and reels, and preparing photos and graphics
• Planning and scheduling posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
• Replying to comments and messages
• Updating both websites and writing blog posts
• Building our newsletters and marketing emails
• Pulling together a simple monthly report on what's working

What we're looking for

• You already make content. Show us reels or videos you've shot and edited yourself
• A good eye for a photo and a feel for what makes people stop scrolling
• Confident with editing apps such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar, and with Canva
• Organised and reliable. You'll be trusted to get on with things and keep the calendar moving
• Happy to work in a workshop one day and by a cold pool at 7am the next
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car. You'll travel to client homes, installation sites and our sauna venues for shoots, from Oxfordshire as far as Bristol and Surrey, with mileage paid

Nice to have

• Drone experience, or a CAA Flyer ID (we'll support you to get it if not)
• Experience with website editors and email tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
• An interest in design, interiors, craftsmanship or outdoor wellness

What we offer

• 12 to 16 hours a week, with flexible days agreed around our shoot schedule
• Some early mornings and occasional weekends at sauna sites, agreed in advance
• £13.50 to £15.00 per hour depending on experience, plus mileage for site visits
• Real responsibility for two growing brands and a portfolio you'll be proud of
• Training from our Sales and Marketing Manager
• This role would suit someone studying or has a strong interest in media, film, photography or marketing who wants paid, practical work.
