Full job description
About Us
We are Mark Tangri Dental Excellence — a renowned private, specialist-led dental clinic known for its advanced periodontal, implant and surgical dentistry. Our philosophy blends clinical excellence, compassionate care, and patient education.
We’re now looking for a driven, creative, and tech-confident marketing professional to help us communicate that philosophy to the world — across social media, search engines, video, and every digital touchpoint.
The Role
You’ll oversee the full marketing lifecycle — from strategy through execution, ensuring our online presence reflects our reputation for quality, warmth and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
Digital Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Build audience segments, retargeting lists, and track ROI using Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.
- Set up A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
Social Media & Branding
- Manage and grow our Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook presence.
- Create engaging, professional, and humorous posts aligned with our brand personality.
- Capture and edit short-form video content (patient stories, behind-the-scenes, dental education, team features).
- Schedule regular posting and community engagement.
Website & SEO
- Update website pages with new services, blogs, testimonials, and team profiles.
- Ensure SEO-optimised content and embedded backlinks.
- Collaborate with our web developer on UX and keyword performance.
CRM, Data & Automation
- Assist in setting up and maintaining a CRM system (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Dental-specific CRM).
- Segment databases for patient reactivation, referral tracking, and email campaigns.
- Report weekly on KPIs: website hits, new enquiries, conversions, Google reviews, and bookings.
Analytics & Reporting
- Present a short weekly KPI summary to the Practice Manager.
- Identify what’s working — and where to improve.
- Suggest creative growth strategies (e.g., referral campaigns, email nurture sequences, patient education reels).
About You
We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable running ads as they are holding a conversation. A mix of digital fluency, emotional intelligence, and humour will make you stand out.
Character & Work Ethic
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-starting — you get things done.
- Warm, approachable, and able to connect easily with both patients and colleagues.
- Adaptable, humble, and open to feedback.
- Comfortable taking ownership of your work and showing results.
- Professional but with a spark of fun — able to bring personality to a clinical environment.
- Naturally curious — you want to learn, experiment, and improve.
Skills & Knowledge
- Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Media.
- Proven experience running Meta and Google Ad campaigns.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
- Competent in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent English writing and proofreading skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confident presenting reports, ideas, and creative proposals.
Bonus Skills (nice to have)
- Photography or drone experience
- Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Knowledge of healthcare or dental marketing
- Multi-lingual
Expectations & Development
You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and senior team, integrating with clinical and reception staff. During the first 3 months, we’ll look for:
- Initiative and reliability
- Professional presentation and communication
- Evidence of measurable impact (e.g., ad performance, reviews, bookings, reach)
Regular performance reviews and ongoing mentorship are built in — we want you to grow with us.
To Apply
Before applying, please:
- Review our website and social media (@marktangri).
- Prepare 2–3 brief suggestions on how you would enhance our digital presence.
- Submit your CV and a short cover letter (or short video) showing your creative personality.
