We are looking for a creative, organised and commercially aware Artworker / Graphic Designer to join the Allwag Promotions team.

You will bring client brands and ideas to life through product visuals, presentations, print-ready artwork and engaging marketing content. You will also support our websites and social media channels, helping to ensure our products and marketing materials remain accurate, fresh and engaging.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in accuracy and can confidently balance creative design with detailed artwork production.

What you’ll be doing:

Artwork and production

• Create product visuals, presentations and original designs in line with client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready artwork, amendments and logo redraws, ensuring everything is accurate and suitable for production.
• Recommend creative options and branding enhancements that add value to client briefs.
• Maintain artwork records and build an organised library of product templates, images and creative assets.
• Work with our warehouse and production teams to proof orders, prepare daily DTF print files and maintain accurate print-on-demand and bulk-order artwork records.

Website and marketing

• Add and maintain website products, including accurate pricing, codes, descriptions, keywords, images, videos and categories.
• Keep website content current by updating homepage banners, featured ranges, special offers and new products, while removing discontinued items and correcting missing content or broken links.
• Create engaging content and graphics for social media, blogs, landing pages, case studies, brochures, presentations and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product performance, customer reviews and website trends, sharing relevant insights with the team.
• Coordinate product photography, samples, marketing packs and showroom displays to support campaigns and sales activity.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience creating artwork for print and digital use.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of print-ready artwork.
• The ability to manage priorities and work accurately to short deadlines.
• A creative, proactive and collaborative approach with a strong focus on client needs.

Experience using a website content-management system, preparing files for DTF printing or working within the branded merchandise, clothing or print industries would be helpful, but full training will be provided.
