About the role
We are looking for an experienced Property Photographer & Content Creator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, taking ownership of the photography, videography and social content that brings our properties to market.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who already understands the property industry and knows what it takes to capture homes in a way that creates interest, generates enquiries and helps properties stand out in a competitive market.
You will spend most of your time visiting properties across the region, producing high-quality photography, filming property tours and creating engaging content for our marketing channels. You will also manage your own schedule, ensuring shoots are completed efficiently and content is delivered to agreed deadlines.
Every time you step into a property, you represent DM & Co. Homes. Our vendors and landlords are trusting us with their homes, so professionalism, presentation and attention to detail are just as important as the quality of your work.
What you'll be doing
- Photographing residential properties to an exceptional professional standard
- Creating magazine-quality interior and exterior photography that showcases each home at its best
- Filming and editing property walkthroughs, reels and short-form video content
- Creating engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Managing your own diary of property appointments and prioritising multiple deadlines
- Working closely with our sales and lettings teams to understand marketing requirements
- Liaising professionally with vendors, landlords, tenants and colleagues whilst on site
- Maintaining and managing all photography, video and drone equipment provided
- Ensuring all content reflects our brand standards and continues to improve how we market properties
What we're looking forEssential
- Proven experience as a professional property photographer within estate agency, property marketing or a related field
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality residential property photography
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, angles and how to make a property look its best
- Experience creating property video content and walkthrough tours
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing work to a high standard
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Professional, confident and personable approach when working inside clients' homes
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to property marketing
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Drone photography/videography experience
- A2 CofC or GVC drone qualification
Desirable
- Experience using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar editing software
- Experience creating social media content specifically for estate agency or property brands
What we offer
- £31,000 salary
- Mileage paid for all business travel
- Professional camera, lens, lighting and drone equipment provided
- Full training on our internal systems and workflow
- The opportunity to work with some of the region’s most desirable properties
- Creative freedom to develop new ideas and improve our marketing approach
- A varied role where no two days are the same

We are much more interested in seeing your work and understanding your creative approach.
To apply, please send the following to jobs@dmandcohomes.co.uk:
