Brighton | Full-Time | £43,000 per annum

Are you a confident, commercially minded foodie with a passion for creating engaging customer experiences?

We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and engagement strategy across a dynamic workplace dining and hospitality environment. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you'll work closely with culinary teams, operational leaders, and key stakeholders to bring food concepts to life, drive participation, and elevate the overall customer experience.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering an innovative marketing calendar that showcases a market-leading food and beverage offer. From seasonal launches and themed events to digital engagement campaigns and customer communications, you'll create compelling experiences that drive footfall, engagement, and commercial performance.

Working collaboratively with chefs, operations teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, you'll ensure every activation is executed to a high standard and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and on-site channels.
  • Create engaging customer communications, promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with culinary teams to promote seasonal menus, new product launches, provenance stories, and food innovation.
  • Plan and execute an annual marketing and engagement calendar, including events, activations, and themed experiences.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and confidently present ideas, campaign results, and recommendations.
  • Support the visual merchandising and presentation of food spaces to ensure a compelling customer journey.
  • Lead the delivery of digital marketing initiatives, customer engagement platforms, and new technology projects.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to continuously improve results.
  • Coordinate suppliers and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials and event support.
  • Manage projects from concept through to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

About You

  • Previous experience in a marketing role within foodservice, hospitality, retail, leisure, or a customer-focused environment.
  • A genuine passion for food, drink, and customer experience.
  • Confident working in a client-facing environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with chefs, culinary teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset combined with commercial awareness and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of photography, social content creation, and short-form video editing would be advantageous.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What's on Offer?

  • Opportunity to shape exciting food and beverage experiences.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Autonomy to drive creative marketing initiatives.
  • Brighton-based role with a varied and engaging workload.
  • A chance to work at the heart of a thriving hospitality and food operation.

If you're a confident marketer who loves food, thrives on stakeholder engagement, and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.

We ensure you're rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:
