About the Role

We're looking for a creative, camera ready Videographer & Editor to join our team and help bring our brand to life across social media, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll be responsible for filming engaging, on-trend video content, editing it into polished final cuts, and creating supporting graphic design assets for use on social platforms and our website.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, keeps up with social media trends, and has a strong eye for visual detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film high-quality video content for social media, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-optimised videos (short-form and long-form)
  • Design graphics and creative assets for social media posts, stories, and website use
  • Stay on top of current social media trends, formats, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and storyboard content
  • Manage and organise video/image libraries and project files
  • Ensure content is delivered on-brand, on-time, and to a high creative standard

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience filming and editing video content (portfolio/reel required)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube content styles
  • Proficiency in video editing software
  • Good working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator)
  • A creative eye and strong sense of visual storytelling
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Confidence filming both in-studio and on location

Desirable

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation
  • Photography skills
  • Understanding of social media analytics and content performance
