Red Rhino Resourcing is an independent recruitment agency specialising in Transport, Industrial, manufacturing, production and Logistics TEMP recruitment. We are looking for an ambitious Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to build and manage our digital presence, strengthen our brand and support business growth.

Role Purpose

This role goes far beyond managing social media. The apprentice will become the driving force behind Red Rhino's marketing, helping shape how the business is presented to candidates, clients and the wider recruitment industry. They will manage social media, improve the website, create marketing campaigns, develop our employer brand, support recruitment activity and create professional marketing materials for client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X company pages.

· Launch and manage Red Rhino's TikTok channel.

· Create a monthly content calendar and publish engaging content.

· Produce videos, reels, graphics, photography, blogs and recruitment campaigns.

· Promote vacancies and candidate attraction campaigns.

· Capture content at client sites and company events.

· Update and improve the company website including SEO, vacancies, blogs and case studies.

· Develop a consistent Red Rhino brand message across all marketing.

· Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotional Materials

· Design recruitment campaign materials, brochures and flyers.

· Create job fair displays, exhibition stands and promotional literature.

· Produce client presentations, pitch decks and sales collateral.

· Create email campaigns and newsletters.

· Design point-of-sale merchandise and branded promotional items supplied free to clients.

Events & Client Engagement

· Support recruitment open days, job fairs and exhibitions.

· Help organise and promote client engagement and corporate hospitality days.

· Create promotional material before, during and after events.

· Capture photography and video for social media and the website.

· Help strengthen relationships with clients and candidates through engaging marketing.

Skills & Attributes

· Creative with a passion for marketing and social media.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Confident using Canva, CapCut or similar (desirable).

· Organised, proactive and eager to learn.

· Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation & posting

Expected Outcomes

· Grow engagement across all social media platforms.

· Successfully launch a TikTok presence.

· Improve website content and SEO.

· Increase candidate applications and client enquiries through digital marketing.

· Develop a clear, recognisable Red Rhino brand.

· Become the central marketing resource for the business.

Apprenticeship Alignment

The role is designed to align with the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship, providing practical experience in social media management, SEO, content creation, digital marketing, marketing technology, analytics, employer branding and campaign delivery.
