Job Description

We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator Executive to help with the delivery and elevation of creative output for both our clients and OnBrand. This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, social media content production, and supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns.

You’ll have a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills and experience producing engaging assets and social media content across multiple formats, alongside the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced agency environment.

The role will require the ability to translate strategic, technical or campaign information into clear, polished and visually engaging assets that are easy for clients and internal teams to understand.

• Design creative assets in line with client brand guidelines.
• Adapt content across different platforms and formats to maximise engagement.
• Support content production through photography and videography where required.

Salary Range: £24,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation

• Create engaging social content for clients and OnBrand, including:
• Social media posts
• Carousels
• Reels and TikToks
• Short-form video content
• Produce, edit and optimise video content.

Social Media Content & Publishing

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Assist with the day-to-day delivery of organic social media activity.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule.
• Stay up to date with platform trends and emerging content formats

Marketing & Sales Collateral Design

• Create high-quality branded assets in Canva and similar design platforms, including
• Website graphics and banners
• Email marketing assets
• Print materials and marketing collateral
• Proposal documents, pitch decks, credentials decks, case studies.

What Else Is Important To Know

Client Communication – Ability to

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding content requirements, approvals and feedback.
• Gather information and assets required to deliver content projects effectively.
• Provide updates on project progress and content delivery timelines.
• Participate in client meetings when required.

Team Collaboration – We are looking for a team player who can

• Work closely with the wider OnBrand team to deliver creative projects across multiple clients.
• Contribute ideas for content themes, creative concepts and social campaigns.
• Support colleagues with content creation and design requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, social media developments and content best practices.

You Should Be

• A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and content creation.
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for producing high-quality work.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative agency environment.
• Up for an after-work social !

Essential

• 2–4 years’ experience in content creation, social media content production, or a similar marketing role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple formats.
• Experience creating social media:
• Static social posts
• Carousels
• Reels
• TikToks
• Short-form video content
• Expert-level Canva skills.
• Experience editing video content for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
• Good understanding of branding, typography and visual design principles.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Desired

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Experience using Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
