School Photographer (Temporary – Autumn 2026)
Fraser Portraits Ltd – Dorset

Fraser Portraits Ltd, a leading school photography company based in Dorset, is looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team as a School Photographer.

This is a temporary position starting September 2026, lasting approximately 11.5 weeks, with a daily rate of £200.

What We Offer

  • Full training provided starting 25th August 2026
  • An intensive completion bonus of £500, paid at the end of November (when signed up by the end of June)
  • Mileage allowance for travel between schools

The Role

As a School Photographer, you will:

  • Work across primary and secondary schools capturing high-quality portraits
  • Interact confidently with children of all ages and school staff
  • Manage busy schedules in a fast-paced school environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service alongside outstanding photography

What We’re Looking For

  • A bubbly, energetic, and confident personality
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing schedules
  • Flexibility with working hours (early starts and variable days required)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • Ideally some photography experience and your own equipment (not essential)

Location Requirements

You must live within one hour of Poole, Dorset, Hampshire or in Surrey, as travel across the South East and South West of England is required.

Pre-Employment Requirements

  • Successful DBS check (or provision of a valid existing DBS)
  • Two professional references
