About Us

We are a fast growing, ambitious business looking for a creative and commercially minded Head of Social Media, Marketing & Content Creation to take ownership of our brand presence, customer engagement, and lead generation strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creating impactful content, building strong brands and driving measurable business growth through innovative marketing campaigns.

The Role

As Head of Social Media, Marketing & Content Creation, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy across all digital platforms and offline channels. You will oversee content creation, social media management, brand development, advertising campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with our Managing Director to ensure marketing activity directly supports business objectives, sales growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities and Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
  • Monitor marketing performance and report on key metrics.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Social Media Management

  • Lead and manage all social media platforms.
  • Plan, schedule and publish engaging content.
  • Grow audience engagement and community interaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
  • Monitor analytics and optimise content performance.

Content Creation

  • Produce high quality photo and video content.
  • Create compelling written content including blogs, email campaigns, website copy and promotional materials.
  • Develop creative campaigns that showcase our products, services, and company culture.
  • Manage content calendars and campaign schedules.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimise website content and SEO performance.
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency across all branding and communications.
  • Protect and enhance the company’s reputation and market position.
  • Develop campaigns that strengthen customer trust and loyalty.

Team Leadership

  • Manage internal marketing resources and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational teams.
  • Build and develop marketing processes and systems as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Excellent photography, videography, and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
