We're looking for someone who lives and breathes video.

This role is about producing exceptional video content that showcases our people, our culture, our clients, our properties and our brand at the very highest standard.

If you love filming, editing and creating content that makes people stop scrolling, we'd love to hear from you.

To Apply

If you're passionate about creating exceptional video content and want to be part of one of Scotland's fastest-growing estate agencies, we'd love to hear from you.

Please ensure you send us:

  • Your CV
  • Your showreel, showcasing your filming style, storytelling ability and editing skills.

Your showreel is an important part of your application and will help us understand your creativity, technical ability and the quality of your work. Applications submitted without a showreel may not be considered.

Join us if...

  • You're passionate about videography and constantly looking to improve your craft.
  • You love telling stories through film.
  • You naturally think about camera angles, movement, lighting and composition.
  • You enjoy creating premium, polished content that stands out.
  • You're organised enough to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • You enjoy working with people and can make them feel comfortable in front of the camera.
  • You're excited by variety because no two days will ever look the same.
  • You welcome feedback because you know it's one of the quickest ways to improve.
  • You want to build a portfolio you're genuinely proud of.

So... what will your day look like?

You'll work alongside our Sales, Lettings and Financial Services teams to create engaging, high-quality video content that captures everything that makes Bridges Properties different.

From cinematic property showcases and behind-the-scenes footage to brand videos, client success stories and company events, you'll play a huge role in how our business is seen.

From day one you'll be involved in:

  • Filming high-quality video content across a wide variety of projects.
  • Producing cinematic property videos that showcase homes at their very best.
  • Creating brand films that tell the Bridges story.
  • Capturing testimonials from clients and members of the team.
  • Filming company events, charity initiatives and community projects.
  • Producing recruitment videos that showcase our culture.
  • Planning shoots, storyboarding ideas and organising filming schedules.
  • Editing footage into polished, engaging videos using modern editing techniques.
  • Colour grading, audio balancing and adding graphics where appropriate.
  • Operating cameras, gimbals, drones (where licensed), lighting and audio equipment.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Continuously improving the quality and creativity of our video output.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Videographer, Video Producer or similar creative role.
  • Excellent filming and editing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
  • Experience using professional camera equipment and stabilisation systems.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition and storytelling.
  • Confidence directing people during filming to achieve natural, authentic footage.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • A creative mindset with the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Ability to work independently whilst collaborating closely with the wider team.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Bonus points if you have experience with...

  • Drone videography (A2 CofC/GVC or equivalent).
  • Motion graphics and animation.
  • Adobe After Effects.
  • Professional photography.
  • AI-assisted editing workflows.
  • Colour grading.
  • Audio production and sound design.

We invest in our people, encourage creativity and genuinely want every member of our team to develop both personally and professionally.
