Our fun, expert and ambitious young team now need an exceptional individual to support us in achieving our goals. Could that be you? We are currently looking for a creative, trend-led Digital Marketing Assistant to join our fantastic team in central Stirling.

You will work closely with our marketing team to bring our jewellery to life on social media, spot trends before they peak, build relationships with influencers and collaborators, and get hands-on experience across all aspects of our digital marketing. You will be part of the team that has helped generate over 1600 5-star reviews on Trustpilot and Google.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, sociable, digitally fluent individual to join our fast-growing ecommerce business as a Digital Marketing Assistant. You will help create and edit engaging content for our social channels, research trends, keywords and hashtags, and support influencer and brand collaborations, all while assisting more broadly across our digital marketing activity.

If you have a good eye for content, a finger on the pulse of social media, and a willingness to get stuck into all corners of digital marketing, then we would love to hear from you.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Creating content for social media, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Filming and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
  • Researching social media and jewellery trends and competitors to keep our content fresh and relevant
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential influencers and collaborators
  • Supporting the coordination of influencer and collaboration partnerships
  • Assisting with content scheduling and community management
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and copywriting
  • Assisting with SEO and on-site content work
  • General support across all aspects of the digital marketing function
  • Helping to maintain brand voice and visual style across channels

Qualities and Qualifications required

Attributes

  • Creative with a strong eye for visual content
  • Genuinely interested in social media and online trends
  • Diligent and honest individual
  • Confident and personable, comfortable reaching out to influencers and brands
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Goal-orientated
  • Willingness to learn new skills

Essential skills

  • Maths and English to at least SQA Nat 5 or equivalent
  • Confident user of Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
  • Experience filming and editing content for social media (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere/Rush or similar)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • UK Bank account, a NI number, proof of eligibility to work in the UK, the ability to speak and write English fluently
  • The ability to work from our Stirling-based office

Not essential but desirable

  • Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing platforms
  • Photography or photo-editing skills
  • Experience in fashion, jewellery, or a similar lifestyle/retail sector
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
