Job Summary

As a Social Media Content Creator, you’ll develop engaging content and manage social channels to communicate clearly with audiences. You’ll plan, create and publish posts, adapting tone and format to suit each platform while supporting consistent public-facing communications.

Duties

• Plan and produce social media content, including written posts and visual assets, aligned with agreed messaging and publishing plans.
• Manage social media channels by scheduling content, monitoring responses and keeping information accurate and up to date.
• Apply public relations awareness when shaping messages, responding to audience feedback and escalating sensitive issues to the appropriate colleagues.
• Review engagement and audience responses to identify useful themes and inform future content.
• Your impact: Clear, timely content helps audiences understand key messages and gives colleagues a consistent voice across social channels.

Experience

Required: Practical writing, editing and content-planning skills, sound judgement when communicating publicly, and the ability to organise social media activity accurately. Preferred: Experience in social media management or public relations, familiarity with creating content for different platforms, and an ability to interpret audience feedback to improve relevance and clarity.
