The role:

AIS is looking for a Marketing Executive to play a key role in supporting the business by delivering impactful marketing initiatives that connect our AIS Marine products with the right audiences, strengthen our brand presence and contribute to our wider business objectives.

What will you do as our Marketing Executive:

  • Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns across social media and web channels.
  • Take ownership of social media activity for the product groups, including planning, content creation, scheduling and performance tracking.
  • Source, coordinate and develop engaging content for external communications.
  • Create high-quality visual and written content, including filming and editing video, photography, blogs and technical materials.
  • Continuously develop specialist skills in content capture, video production and editing to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Take ownership of prequals, delegating new requests to the team and keeping track of progress.
  • Create and publish content on internal SharePoint, gathering stories from across the business and designing engaging pages.
  • Identify new opportunities to promote the organisation’s mission and increase engagement with key audiences and stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and providing regular insights and reports to manager with a focus on measurable outcomes such as engagement, reach and lead generation.
  • Using a range of software tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, WordPress, Mailchimp, and SharePoint.

What we are looking for in our Marketing Executive:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or training in digital marketing, social media or content production (desirable).
  • Experience using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar (desirable).
  • Experience in digital marketing, particularly social media management and content creation.
  • Proven ability to create engaging multimedia content, including video filming and editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and departments.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
