  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Holland Cooper's studio workflow, digital filing systems and asset management processes
  • Manage relationships with external retouching suppliers, coordinating workloads, delivery schedules and final asset handovers
  • Work closely with the Head of Creative Operations and Operations Manager to manage outsourced ecommerce asset production, supplier relationships and delivery schedules
  • Support the research, implementation and continuous improvement of Digital Asset Management systems, workflow processes and automation tools
  • Create, maintain and monitor production trackers, asset schedules and weekly reports for key stakeholders
  • Ensure all assets are accurately archived and filed within server and DAM systems, maintaining a logical and accessible library for the wider business
  • Work collaboratively with Creative, Ecommerce, Marketing teams to promote best practice in asset management and digital workflows
  • Run Photoshop automation scripts to prepare final imagery for delivery
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused attitude, responding positively and efficiently to stakeholder requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Key Competencies/behaviours:

  • Highly organised, methodical and exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Experienced in managing high volumes of digital assets, imagery and production information
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced creative studio and balancing multiple deadlines
  • A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, dependable and naturally process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Passionate about photography, creative production and digital content

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative studio environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) or studio workflow systems

Desired
