Full job description

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Videographer & Content Producer to join our team.

This is not a typical 9-5 videography role. One week you could be filming a major event, conference, brand activation, documentary project or high-profile interview, and the next you could be travelling across the UK or internationally creating fast-turnaround content for influential organisations, brands and individuals.

We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable operating as a solo shooter, leading content capture independently, as they are working alongside a wider production team on larger productions.

The ideal candidate will be a confident self-shooter with strong cinematography skills, experience operating professional camera systems and gimbals, and the ability to deliver high-quality content in demanding environments. They should understand how to create engaging content quickly without compromising quality and remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film high-quality video content for corporate, commercial and documentary projects.
  • Operate as a solo shooter when required.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a wider production team.
  • Capture events, interviews, behind-the-scenes content and documentary-style storytelling.
  • Edit fast-turnaround social media and digital content.
  • Manage media, backups and project organisation whilst travelling.
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders, business leaders, talent and clients.
  • Prepare equipment and ensure shoots run smoothly under tight deadlines.
  • Assist with creative planning, story development and content ideas where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years professional videography experience.
  • Strong camera operating skills.
  • Excellent understanding of composition, storytelling and cinematography.
  • Experience filming documentary-style content and real-world stories.
  • Confident shooting interviews, events and run-and-gun content.
  • Strong understanding of camera movement and stabilisation techniques.
  • Confident operating gimbals and creating smooth, cinematic movement in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience delivering content under tight deadlines.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and discreet when working around high-profile clients and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working on documentary productions.
  • Drone qualification and experience.
  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects).
  • Photography experience.
  • Experience within corporate, events, entertainment, sport or branded content environments.
  • Experience with Sony camera systems.

What We're Looking For

The right person will be:

  • Self-sufficient and proactive.
  • Reliable and highly organised.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Able to think quickly and solve problems on the fly.
  • Professional when representing clients and the company.
  • Passionate about visual storytelling and creating content that makes an impact.
  • Happy travelling regularly and adapting to different shooting environments.

Most importantly, we're looking for somebody who takes pride in their work, enjoys travelling, thrives in varied environments and wants to be part of a team producing content that will be seen by millions of people.

To Apply

Please send:

  • Your CV

  • Examples of content you've shot and edited yourself

Applications without a showreel or portfolio will not be considered.
