Full job description

Full-time, full-year, fixed-term apprenticeship (typically 18 months), with dedicated off-the-job learning built into your working week.

As our Communications and Marketing Apprentice, you'll receive structured training, mentoring and support while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, events, branding and communications. From creating engaging social media content and capturing photography and video to supporting campaigns that attract pupils, families and talented colleagues to our schools, no two days are the same.

You'll have the opportunity to work across our family of 16 schools, giving you a breadth of experience that few marketing apprenticeships can offer. Every week you'll develop new skills, work on real campaigns and see the impact of your work across our schools and communities.

Why Choose Our Apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is one of the best ways to launch your career. You'll earn a salary, gain a nationally recognised qualification and develop the knowledge, skills and experience employers are looking for, all while learning from experienced communications and marketing professionals in a supportive and friendly team.

As our Communications and Marketing Apprentice, you will:

  • Earn a salary while gaining a nationally recognised qualification
  • Develop practical skills through real work experience from your very first day
  • Learn from experienced communications and marketing professionals who will mentor and support your development
  • Build confidence, knowledge and a portfolio of work that will help you stand out to future employers
  • Gain experience across digital marketing, content creation, websites, social media, branding, events and communications
  • See your ideas come to life and make a genuine contribution to promoting our schools and celebrating their successes
  • Be part of a collaborative team where you'll be encouraged to learn, grow and develop throughout your apprenticeship

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and ready to learn. To be a great fit, you will:
