No two days will be the same. One day you may be creating content for social media, the next updating websites, preparing email campaigns, writing articles, attending an industry event, or helping launch a new marketing initiative.

What You'll Do

Content Marketing

  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels.
  • Write articles, guides, customer stories, case studies, and promotional content.
  • Help develop content that strengthens both brands and engages the angling community.

Social Media

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor conversations and interact with our online communities.

Website Management

  • Manage and update WordPress websites. Create and edit landing pages, articles, and website content.
  • Work alongside designers and developers to improve website performance and user experience.

Brand Development

  • Ensure consistency across marketing materials and customer communications.
  • Help create and maintain marketing assets and brand collateral.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen the positioning of both FishPal and Clubmate.

Partnerships & Events

  • Support relationships with fisheries, fishing clubs, industry organisations, and commercial partners.
  • Assist with trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate new business.

Marketing Support & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and marketing activity.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis.
  • Support the wider marketing team in delivering campaigns and commercial objectives.

Who You Are

  • You are comfortable creating content across multiple channels.
  • You have experience managing social media accounts for a business, organisation, or brand.
  • You have experience using WordPress.
  • You have experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe.
  • You are a strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • You are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

  • You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and are eager to continue developing your marketing skills.
