Role: Junior Digital Marketing Assistant

Location: Nottingham, NG6

Salary: £8.00 per hour

Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm

Our client is looking for an ambitious candidate who wants to make a real impact. This is an opportunity to build and lead our digital marketing activity while working closely with their sales team to generate new business and strengthen customer relationships.

This is a hands-on marketing role suited to someone with plenty of ideas, creativity and energy.

You will take ownership of our digital presence, marketing campaigns and customer communications, helping us attract new customers and increase sales from existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Plan and create engaging social media content
• Manage Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Produce videos, reels and photography
• Grow followers and customer engagement
• Monitor trends and recommend new ideas

Email Marketing

• Design and send customer mailshots
• Create targeted campaigns
• Manage mailing lists
• Measure open rates, click-through rates and conversions
• Develop automated email campaigns

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan seasonal promotions
• Support product launches
• Produce campaign artwork
• Coordinate supplier-funded promotions
• Analyse campaign performance

Sales Support

• Design customer flyers
• Produce brochures and promotional material
• Create presentations for the sales team
• Develop point-of-sale material
• Support customer acquisition campaigns

Website & Digital

• Keep website content up to date
• Improve SEO
• Monitor Google Analytics
• Suggest website improvements
• Help develop online ordering promotion
• Maintain digital library and source new images for promotional campaigns

Brand Development

• Maintain consistent branding
• Create graphics and visual content
• Produce photography and short promotional videos
• Develop marketing templates

Analytics

• Track marketing performance
• Report on campaign success
• Recommend improvements
• Measure return on marketing investment
