We're a forward-thinking, collaborative recruitment business with a strong culture, ambitious growth plans and a genuine commitment to developing our people. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring marketing person looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Working closely with our Directors, Senior Marketing Manager and recruitment teams, you'll play a key role in creating engaging on-brand marketing content, supporting our marketing presence, and producing sales and marketing assets that help our consultants attract clients and candidates.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, creative, eager to learn, and confident working across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Assets

  • Create professional marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.
  • Design social media graphics, sales collateral, presentations, brochures, case studies and promotional materials.
  • Produce branded recruitment campaign assets for multiple divisions.
  • Ensure all materials remain consistent with company branding and messaging.

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write engaging copy for social media, website content, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation of sector-specific content across our specialist recruitment divisions.
  • Assist in developing brand content.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn is the primary channel)
  • Create and manage content across multiple platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and campaign planners in line with the overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase reach and audience growth.

Video & Visual Content Production

  • Capture photography and video content during team activities, client visits, industry events and site visits.
  • Edit and produce short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation of recruitment-focused marketing campaigns using multimedia content.

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Update and maintain website content (WordPress).
  • Upload blogs, news articles, case studies and other marketing resources.
  • Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives where required.
  • Manage directories, review websites and our online listings
  • Ensure all information remains accurate and up to date.

Internal Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with recruitment consultants and managers across all divisions
  • Liaise regularly with the team to stay informed on client projects, candidate success stories, market trends and business developments.
  • Work closely with each division to support the planning and delivery of the marketing content calendar.
  • Proactively identify marketing opportunities from day-to-day recruitment activities, placements, client wins, project milestones and team achievements.
  • Gather information, insights and updates from consultants to create relevant and timely marketing content.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to ensure a consistent flow of content and marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with consultants to capture candidate success stories, testimonials, case studies and project updates.
  • Support divisional campaigns by ensuring marketing activity aligns with business objectives, recruitment priorities and sector trends.
  • Maintain visibility of active client projects and recruitment campaigns to identify opportunities for social media, website content and promotional activity.
  • Help consultants maximise their personal and divisional brand presence through content support and marketing guidance.
  • Work alongside teams to ensure vacancies, client announcements, project updates and business successes are promoted effectively across relevant channels.
  • Encourage content contributions and participation from consultants, helping build a culture of marketing engagement across the business.

General Marketing Support

  • Support campaign planning and execution.
  • Assist with reporting and performance tracking.
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist with company events, internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
  • Undertake additional marketing projects as required.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong Canva skills with the ability to create professional, engaging graphics.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting ability.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with others.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using website CMS platforms (WordPress).
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Photography and videography ability
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

Your First 3 Months

During your first three months, you'll focus on becoming fully embedded within the business and develop strong working relationships with all recruitment teams and become a visible, trusted marketing partner within the business. Gain a thorough understanding of each division's clients, projects, candidate markets and recruitment activity, enabling you to proactively identify and create marketing opportunities that support commercial objectives.

Key objectives will include:

  • Building relationships with recruitment teams across all divisions.
  • Learning our markets, services, clients and candidate audiences.
  • Producing high-quality sales and marketing assets for consultants.
  • Creating social media content plans and managing content schedules.
  • Supporting the development of recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Capturing photography and video content during client and site visits.
  • Producing branded graphic design materials for use across digital and offline channels.
  • Supporting website updates and content management activities.
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted, aligned marketing resource for the wider team.
