Job Description

Due to continued expansion in this industry we are currently recruiting a term time only sales professional based in the Leicestershire area. As part of the role you will be required to visit prospective clients in and around Leicestershire, Coventry and Northamptonshire . The successful candidate must have drive and enthusiasm and be target-driven and adaptable. You will need to have experience of working in a sales role where visiting potential clients, gaining and retaining existing clients and increasing revenue has been part of your remit. As part of this role you will be paid a basic salary with additional commission. There is also an opportunity to earn an end of term bonus if your targets are achieved.

As part of this role you would be required to:

• Using your own vehicle, drive daily to different locations and visit potential/existing clients to generate/maintain business
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements
• Gain an in depth knowledge about our company and product range so that you are able to answer queries/questions from potential clients
• Offer products that you feel will be beneficial to the client and generate revenue for our company
• Enter and update information from your sales call into Salesforce
• Complete bookings in an accurate manner
• Track and document calls and sales in Salesforce
• Be highly driven to reach your sales goals and maintain and good working relationship with colleagues and clients

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a sales representative
• A proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
• Experience with Salesforce - this is beneficial but not essential as training will be given
• An ability and willingness to learn and be highly motivated
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• A patient, dedicated and friendly personality
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Be required to complete an enhanced DBS check prior to start of employment. This application will be made through The School Photography Company HR department

Traveling:

• The successful candidate must have and use their own car on a daily basis
• You must be in possession of a full clean driver’s license
• Business miles are reimbursed
