Photography Studio Assistant
TERM TIME ONLY
3 DAYS PER WEEK
FIXED TERM CONTRACT FROM SEPTEMBER UNTIL END OF DECEMBER 2026 WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
We're an innovative photography company specialising in high-volume portraiture. You'll be joining one of our teams, visiting baby and toddler groups, nurseries, and preschools to create awesome portraits of the little ones.
Our team is expanding fast and we’re looking to add team members to our already successful teams running in the Midlands by hiring one or more photography studio assistants. We're looking for vibrant, energetic and confident people who are good with people and happy working under pressure.
We travel to a different venue every day with our pop-up studio. We take photos then process, print and sell them on-site. Then we pack it all up and do it again somewhere else the next day!
Prior experience in photography and editing is essential. All necessary training will be provided. If you're friendly and hard working we can teach you everything you need to know.
You'll need to pass a DBS check and a clean driving licence is essential.
Own transportation is essential to get yourself to the designated pick-up point. The driving is shared amongst the team to get you to and from shoot locations. We usually set off early in the mornings (e.g. 5am).
You'll need to be flexible and available to work Monday-Friday every week. Overtime is also available during busier parts of the season. You will also need to be up for working away regularly as this is an essential part of this role.
This is a fun and fast-paced job with a small, friendly team. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and progress. It’s the perfect role for someone looking to gain experience in the photography industry.
