About the Role

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Creation Support professional to assist our marketing team with day-to-day content creation and social media activity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for digital content, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to foster community interaction.
  • Track performance and metrics, providing insights to support content optimisation
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our online presence innovative and effective.

Content Creation

  • Design and produce brochures and newsletters, ensuring all materials are visually engaging, on brand, and tailored to the needs of our audiences
  • Support the creation of both digital and printed marketing assets, including presentations, social graphics, and promotional materials, working with the wider Marketing team to maintain consistency.
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling across all communication channels, helping to organise campaigns, draft messaging, and ensure timely delivery of content throughout the year.
  • Provide support at company events when required, including helping with setup, attendee engagement, capturing photos and videos, and promoting activities across social and digital platforms

Skills & Experience Required

  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Express
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and tone suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organised and proactive with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative flair with the ability to produce visually appealing content
  • Photography skills and experience capturing on-brand imagery
  • Ability to follow and maintain brand guidelines consistently
  • Aptitude for analysing data insights and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
