Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Video Editor to join our luxury real estate company. This role involves capturing stunning visual content of high-end properties and editing footage to produce captivating videos that showcase the unique features of each property. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and proficiency in various editing software. Responsibilities

  • Filming high-quality video footage of luxury properties, including interior and exterior shots, neighbourhood features, and lifestyle scenes
  • Editing raw footage into polished videos suitable for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements and creative direction
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Enhancing video content with colour grading, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed
  • Maintaining organised digital files and backup systems for all media assets
  • Assisting with photography shoots when required to capture additional promotional content

Skills

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
  • Strong knowledge of photography principles and camera operation techniques
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and colour grading tools
  • Ability to create compelling visual narratives that highlight property features effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in both filming and editing processes
  • Creative flair combined with technical expertise to produce engaging content that aligns with brand standards
  • Knowledge of current trends in real estate marketing and digital media is desirable
