  • Tracking deliveries and assisting with delivery-related queries
  • Carrying out general administration and data-entry tasks
  • Supporting other departments when required during busy periods

Full training will be provided on our systems, products and processes.

  • A positive and proactive approach to work
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good standard of written English and numeracy
  • A willingness to help in different areas of the business when needed

Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel would be helpful but is not essential. Previous experience using Royal Mail, Evri or DPD business systems would be useful, although full training will be provided.

  • Friendly and supportive team environment
  • Full training provided
  • Varied work during our busiest season
  • Monday-to-Friday working with no regular weekend shifts
  • School-hours and term-time working arrangements considered
  • Employee benefits available in line with company policy
