We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of our tattoo division.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement and industry events.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for helping to promote our tattoo product range across multiple channels, supporting brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth.

You will work closely with our marketing, sales and product teams, whilst also building relationships with tattoo artists, studio owners and industry partners.

No two days will be the same. One week you could be creating content for a new product launch, the next attending a major tattoo convention, filming demonstrations, speaking with customers and gathering industry feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media and web channels.
• Create engaging content including photography, video, social media posts, blogs and product promotions.
• Manage and grow our social media presence.
• Attend tattoo conventions, trade shows and industry events throughout the UK.
• Represent the business professionally at exhibitions and customer-facing events.
• Build relationships with tattoo artists, studios and industry influencers.
• Assist with new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to help shape future product development.
• Update website content, product information and promotional materials.
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
• Assist with general marketing and administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing or content creation role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong social media knowledge across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Confident creating content using photography and video.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when attending events and trade shows.

Desirable

• Experience within the tattoo, alternative fashion, beauty or lifestyle industries.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Understanding of SEO and digital advertising.
• Personal interest in tattoo culture and the wider industry.
