Full job description

I'm looking for a photographer with expereince in using Canon cameras and shooting along side Capture One - with product photography specifically in mind.

We have a range of lighting products that need to be shot as catalog images and in situ - artifical garden images. Currently, our images are really poor - mostly shot by myself, and the odd freelancer. Many are out of date.

If you are also able to shoot some of the manufacturing action shots and images on site - this would be a bonus too. Ideally you would be flexible to attend a few sites during the temporary period to shoot in the golden hour early in the morning or later in the evening, but this is not essential.

The role will be based at Unit 18 Redlands Centre, Redlands, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 2HT.

You'll have flexibility of hours, working anything from 12 to 18 hours within a week as you feel necessary, working around your own home life schedule although do note the main product shooting hours at our unit should be somewhere within 7am to 5pm. The contract period will be for 6 weeks. There is a possibility of extension to permenant if we can drive sales with the amazing imagery you take.

About Us:

Hudson Lighting is a UK lighting manufacturer - making garden lighting specifically. We work with high end garden designers, landscape contractors and other associated trades. We are looking to change the world of outdoor lighting to be better for wildlife and the wider world - via moving more and more clients away from uplighting and towards downlighting and less lights in general - an Ironic anti sales mission.
