Full job description

Social Media Content Creator & Paid Ads Specialist

This isn't a typical social media job.

We're building one of the UK's most recognised dental brands.

We don't want someone who simply schedules posts.

We want someone obsessed with creating content that grabs attention, builds trust, generates leads and drives real business growth.

If you're constantly analysing why one Reel reached 500,000 views while another reached 500 and you enjoy testing new ideas until they work, you'll fit right in.

About The Dentalist

The Dentalist is a premium cosmetic and general dental practice focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding clinical outcomes.

Our ambition is simple: become the most recognised and engaging dental brand in our region through world-class content and marketing.

Your Mission

Create content that people actually want to watch.

You'll work alongside our clinicians, patients and team to produce engaging social-first content while managing paid campaigns that turn attention into booked consultations.

Your goal isn't just likes—it's measurable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Film and edit high-performing Instagram and TikTok Reels.
  • Capture premium photography and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Develop engaging Stories and carousel posts.
  • Turn patient journeys into compelling content.
  • Create educational videos that simplify dentistry.
  • Build and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Test new hooks, creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise for results.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and launches.
  • Stay ahead of trends while maintaining our premium brand.

What We're Looking For

You:

  • Love creating content.
  • Think creatively and move quickly.
  • Understand what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Have experience with Instagram, TikTok and Meta Ads.
  • Can shoot and edit professional-looking content using a smartphone or camera.
  • Understand paid social advertising and performance metrics.
  • Enjoy testing ideas rather than relying on guesswork.
  • Are organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Bonus points if you've worked in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, luxury brands or hospitality.

You'll Thrive Here If You...

  • Take ownership.
  • Solve problems without waiting to be asked.
  • Enjoy learning.
  • Want to build something special.
  • Care about quality.
  • Bring ideas to the table every week.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, you'll have:

  • Built a consistent content engine.
  • Increased engagement across our social channels.
  • Produced high-quality Reels and campaigns every week.
  • Helped generate consultation bookings through organic content and paid advertising.
  • Established The Dentalist as one of the most recognisable dental brands in the area.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Performance-related bonuses.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • Creative freedom to test new ideas.
  • Modern equipment and support.
  • The chance to build a standout portfolio.
  • A collaborative, ambitious team environment where your work has visible impact.

Ready to Apply?

Send us:

  • Your CV.
  • A portfolio or links to your best work.
  • Your favourite campaign you've created and why it performed well.
  • A short video (60–90 seconds) introducing yourself and explaining why you're the right fit.

We're looking for attitude, creativity and ambition as much as experience.

If you're hungry to create work that gets noticed and want to grow with a business that shares that ambition, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: £30,000.00-£47,341.85 per year
