Videographer & Editor – Immediate Start

About the Role We are looking for a enthusiastic driven ​talented videographer and editor who can work on own initiative to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on role based in Devon – remote work is not an option. You will be capturing and editing high-quality video content, working on exciting projects that involve motorsport, off shore power boat racing, exotic cars, electric boats, and cutting-edge technology. There will also be opportunities to film across Europe and collaborate with social enterprises, start-ups, and YouTube channels.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Passion: You should have a strong background in videography and editing, with a passion for automotive and tech content. Can you work on own initiative?
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) is essential.
• Filming Equipment: Familiarity with Sony DSLR, Insta360, DJI drones, and action cameras is required.
• Storytelling Ability: You should be able to create engaging video content that follows the latest social media trends, particularly on TikTok and YouTube.
• Organisational Skills: Managing video assets efficiently is crucial.
• Creativity & Initiative: The role requires someone who can generate ideas, execute them independently and ​contribute to the growth of multiple brands and YouTube channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Capturing cinematic footage of vehicles, technology, and lifestyle content. Don't forget cat videos perform better than cinematic, show us how you deliver.
• Editing high-quality video content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with our creative team to develop concepts and storyboards.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Regular weekend work filming in Motorsport

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and editing.
• Proven experience in social media
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your filming and editing skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Living in or near Torquay, Newton Abbot, Paignton, or surrounding areas – this is non-negotiable.
