Social Media Manager & Studio Coordinator
Location: Leeds
Full-Time/Self Employed | 5+ Days a Week
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (based on experience) + Bonuses

About Us:

Grimm Tattoo Studio is one of Leeds' most creative and respected tattoo studios. We specialise in high-end custom work and bold storytelling through tattoos. We're looking for someone creative, organised, and ambitious to take charge of our content, client experience, and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Content Creation & Social Media:

  • Create photo/video content for all social media platforms
  • Edit using Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software
  • Keep up with trends and make engaging, platform-specific content
  • Bring fresh creative ideas to showcase our artists and studio vibe

Studio Front of House:

  • Greet and assist clients in the studio
  • Manage bookings both in-person and online
  • Be the go-to person for customer queries and support

Studio Operations:

  • Handle stock and ordering of studio/tattoo supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of studio
  • Manage artist schedules and help coordinate team content
  • Support visiting guest artists and help keep the studio running smoothly

Travel Opportunities:

  • Visit our studio in Spain (Orihuela Costa/Barcelona) for creative shoots and projects, all expenses paid
  • Join us at tattoo conventions across the UK and internationally all expenses paid
  • Be part of the team expanding Grimm’s reach worldwide

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone creative with a sharp eye for visuals and storytelling
  • Experience using Photoshop and video editing tools
  • Confident with social media trends and content planning
  • Friendly and professional front-of-house manner
  • Able to take initiative and problem-solve
  • Comfortable managing bookings, clients, and a busy creative team
  • Ideally has own camera equipment
  • Driving licence and car helpful
  • Available to work 5+ days a week, including some weekends
