Full job description

We're looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Videographer to help document and grow our property investment, development and mentoring business.

This isn't a desk-based social media role.

You'll be out on developments, filming property walkthroughs, capturing behind-the-scenes content, attending networking events, recording podcast content and creating engaging videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Responsibilities

  • Film property walkthroughs and development updates
  • Capture day-to-day business content
  • Edit high-quality reels and short-form videos
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Assist with podcast filming and content creation
  • Plan and organise content calendars
  • Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with the business owner to create content that attracts investors, mentoring clients and property opportunities
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and new content formats

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for social media
  • Strong videography and editing skills
  • Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software
  • Understanding of what makes content perform on social media
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable filming in a variety of environments including active construction sites

Bonus Skills

  • Property industry experience
  • Drone licence
  • Photography experience
  • Experience growing business social media accounts

We're looking for someone who understands social media, can tell a story through content and wants to help grow an ambitious property and mentoring business.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
