Job purpose:

We are seeking a Photographer & Content creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that enhances our brand across our online, organic, and paid digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will be to deliver imagery for eCommerce and on and offline content, working collaboratively within the creative marketing team to deliver consistently high-quality images that adhere to our brand guidelines and engage the customer.

Ecommerce and Still Life photography

Each season you will be responsible for capturing images of our footwear with the aim to elevate our brand quality across online channels and drive sales.

To be successful you should have a good understanding of e-comm product and still life studio photography and the ability to capture the detail of our product with consistency.

What you'll do

  • Shoot and retouch ecommerce product photography — including flat lay, on-model, and lifestyle — to consistent brand standards suitable for web and print.
  • Produce short-form video content for product pages, social media, and paid marketing campaigns — including filming, basic editing, and post-production.
  • Use AI-powered tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill, or similar) to enhance and accelerate the post-production workflow — including background generation, image extension, retouching, and asset variation.
  • Manage the studio day-to-day — including setting up and breaking down shoots, maintaining equipment, and organising digital asset libraries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan shoot schedules, interpret creative briefs, and deliver assets on time for product launches and campaigns.
  • Stay across performance data and platform requirements, adapting content to meet the specs and creative needs of each channel — website, paid social, email.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in commercial or ecommerce product photography, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, commercial product photography and an eye for detail.
  • Confident with Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or similar editing software).
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a photography or creative workflow — whether for retouching, background removal, asset generation, or batch editing.
  • Experience shooting and editing short-form video content for digital channels.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and shoot days to tight deadlines.
  • A natural collaborator who's equally happy taking direction and working independently.
