About The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team!

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and managing NWTT’s marketing activity across various touchpoints including digital, print, events and in-branch activity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creative marketing with commercial results. You will work closely with senior management, branch teams and external suppliers to promote our products, services and brand while supporting sales across the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and activity plan

· Plan seasonal campaigns that appeal to both trade and retail audiences

· Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales

· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

· Manage and develop the company website and online presence

· Work with external agencies on website development, google ads & SEO

· Monitor Google Analytics and other digital measuring tools to improve future content

· Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns

· Manage the company’s social media & email marketing channels

· Develop targeted campaigns for different customer groups

· Create engaging content across products, promotions, company news & events

· Produce photography, video and other create content

· Work with branches to ensure campaigns are effectively communicated and implemented

· Produce print marketing including promotional materials

· Coordinate company events including trade shows, careers fairs and community events

· Manage charity and sponsorship activity

· Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

· Promote the family business heritage to customers

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

· Experienced in marketing management or a similar role

· Commercially minded with an understanding of how marketing supports sales

· Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

· Creative, proactive and full of ideas

· Organised with great attention to detail

· Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, CRM data systems & Google Analytics

· Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects

· A strong communicator who can work effectively with internal teams as well as external suppliers and agencies

· Passionate about creating engaging content

· Commercially aware of what’s trending/happening in the industry

Experience within the timber, building or trade-focused industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
