· Working closely with estate agents and vendors to ensure briefs are covered and spaces captured as accurately and creatively as possible
· Upload marketing materials to our portal on the same day as each visit, along with EPCs where possible
· Produce Energy Performance Certificates as required.
Skills and Attributes Needed

· Photography skills with a good eye for detail, composition and how spaces are captured
· An interest in how environments are presented and experienced
· Ability to produce accurate floor plan sketches (training provided)
· Well organised; with the ability to manage time and work to deadlines
· Clear, confident communication skills
· Full UK driving licence
Other
Reports to Darren Tunaley (Regional Photography Manager) in all of the above.
