Full job description

Fraupow is looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing, Social & Content Executive to help grow our brand across social, digital, retail and trade.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to shape our marketing direction. You’ll own our organic social strategy while supporting paid campaigns, influencer activity, retailer and distributor marketing, website content and wider brand initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own and grow Fraupow’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
Plan, create and schedule engaging social content, including Reels and TikToks
- Develop founder-led content and manage our online community
- Manage and optimise Google & Meta Ads, with some Amazon Ads support
- Create graphics, campaign assets, product copy and marketing materials
- Basic video editing, photography and photo editing
- Build influencer/creator relationships, gifting campaigns and UGC opportunities
- Work with retailers, distributors and partners on joint marketing campaigns
- Provide content and assets for our international network
- Manage website content and keep campaigns, creative and messaging up to date
- Support trade shows, PR, print and wider brand-building opportunities

What we’re looking for:
- Someone with proven experience across marketing, social or content, ideally within a DTC or consumer brand. You’ll be confident creating for Instagram and TikTok, have working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, strong copywriting and design skills, and an understanding of influencers, UGC and community management.
- You’ll be creative but commercially minded, someone who understands that great marketing needs to look good, build a brand, support our retail partners and ultimately drive growth.
- We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and self-sufficient, who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.

Nice to have: experience in baby, parenting, motherhood or wellness; Shopify; Amazon Ads; retailers/international distributors; trade shows; PR or existing creator relationships.
Most importantly, you’ll be excited about Fraupow’s mission to support women through pregnancy and breastfeeding and want to help us build something brilliant.
