We are looking for an exceptionalindividualto join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal forandesigner with apassionfor creativity andcreating fresh ideas and designs. You will need adisruptivemind anda solid understanding ofwhat makes this brand tick.

You willbe responsible forproducing a range ofcreative visualsfor the brand. You will be an adaptable, hands-on individual who is equally focused on ensuringideas are creative and that executions are correct, following design and brandstandards.

Ideally, you will have significant experience inyour creative career, either in-house or within a creative agencywhere you have had real impact. You will be comfortable creatingdesigns from scratch and forming your ideas in a presentable manner.An understanding ofvideo based digital media and content capture and productionis beneficial.The successful candidate will be a key part of the in-house team, working closely withprint and digital designers, along with the global marketing teams.

How You Will Contribute

  • Support the Creative Leadwith creative thinking.Createstyling, assets, and conceptswhich align withtheCreative strategy.

  • BringCreativesupportto every discipline within theteam.Bolster creativethinking and executionacrossprint, digital,packaging,copywriting,photography, and video media.

  • Create assets and visuals to a very high standard, bring an eye for detail and an exceptional level of craft.

  • Beautifullycreate andpresent creative concepts to the wider team, and externally.

  • Work on a variety ofglobalbriefs,inline with brand plansand in-market direction.

  • Be acreative voice within the team and interdepartmentally,offeringexpertise andensuring projects align to thecreative vision.

  • Accountable for your own workflow and schedule.

  • Delivery of a variety of tasks to deadlines. Collaborating withmarketingteam members for further clarity and alignment in the process.

  • Work with external agencies and suppliers to ensure themost impactfuloutcome for each project.

  • Bring aproblem solvingmentality, always striving toimprove and enhancein all areas of the role.

What You Will Bring

  • Experiencein a professional design environment(in-house or agency)

  • An experienced eye for design, layout, typography, and messaging

  • Expert inAdobe Creative Suite.

  • Further experience inconcepting and / or 3D software.

  • Additional experiencein any of the followingis desirable:

  • Video Creative Direction: Scripting, Storyboarding

  • Copywriting

  • Passionfordesign, marketing andall things creative

  • Affinity forcreative thinkingandability to expertlycollaborate with the wider teamon full-scale projects

  • Flexibility and excellence under deadlinesand requests

  • Excellent attitude and desire to further learningand progression
