Integrated Designer

Salary: Up too £50,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Leeds or London

If Leeds based it will be 3 days per week in the office, if London based it would be the same but with once monthly visit to the Leeds office

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid break

Work model: Hybrid

Williams Lea seeks an Integrated Designer to join our team!

Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms. Purpose of role

The Integrated Designer will be a dynamic, hands-on professional based in the Leeds Onshore Delivery Centre, supporting a leading global law firm in London. Reporting to the Creative Lead and Global Creative Director, you will work closely with clients and the wider global delivery team, playing a key role in implementing the firm's recent rebrand, developing templates, and managing the rollout of consistent, high-quality branded materials.

You will be responsible for delivering innovative design across both print and digital channels, contributing to strategic campaigns and ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all outputs.

We are looking for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude, willing to put forward ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ensuring that all work sent out is to the highest standard and within brand guidelines. The candidate should be an extremely organised and dedicated individual with strong communications skills.

A strong focus on editorial design and motion graphics is essential, supported by advanced skills in typography, layout, and information hierarchy, particularly across brochures, reports, and motion-based content. You will apply typographic systems with precision, maintaining consistency while understanding when to push creative boundaries.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. You will interpret client briefs, handover notes, translating them into effective, on-brand creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Strong in both editorial design and motions, including long-form documents, reporting layouts and videos
  • Advanced expertise in typography, layout systems, composition and information hierarchy
  • Experience in rolling out of brand to support large-scale brand adoption
  • Able to develop compelling concepts and offer innovative design solutions within corporate design guidelines
  • Conceptualise and produce print and digital collateral for marketing and sales, including original campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, and events materials and more
  • Work closely with clients and/or project management teams to understand the client’s business needs.
  • Leverage deep design expertise to elevate client requests, translating their needs into compelling, branded creative outputs that align with their goals, even if not strictly following their initial specifications.
  • Build strong client relationships, using effective communication and soft skills to establish trust and guide clients toward better design solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, helping clients move beyond content and focus on creating visually impactful and innovative designs that enhance their message.
  • Formulate forward-thinking concepts and render designs for multimedia campaigns while always elevating our client’s brand
  • Responsible for the design and production of a diverse range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral to support client needs.
  • Develop comprehensive multimedia campaigns.
  • Identify fresh and innovative design solutions that push the boundaries of the client brand and explore more effective formats and/or media channels.
  • Understand the restrictions and limitations of the designs deliverable process and manage client expectations (where appropriate) through providing education in relation to design limitation and/or restrictions
  • Responsible for ensuring brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to design, artwork, digital and print output.
  • Provide effective visual solutions by executing client creative requests and creative projects.
  • Ensure that all work produced is to a suitably high standard and within brand guidelines and specifications.
  • Carry client brand ethic, integrity and requirements downstream from the client into the greater team.
  • Works independently and serves as a mentor and resource to team members.
  • Performs Quality Assurance on own and work of others.
  • Adhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies.

Personal attributes

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Able to develop compelling concepts and offer innovative design solutions within corporate design guidelines
  • Experience in rolling out of brand to support large-scale brand adoption
  • Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues
  • Ability to balance work on several projects at a time
  • Understand and anticipate clients’ needs and expectations
  • Innovative with the ability to implement problem solving initiatives
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, After effects, Dreamweaver
  • Strong editorial design experience, including long-form documents and reporting layouts
  • Advanced expertise in typography, layout systems, composition and information hierarchy
  • Skill in animation/motion graphics
  • Video editing using Adobe suite
  • Working knowledge MS Office skills
