Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive E-Commerce Executive to join our vibrant online sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital storefronts, driving traffic through innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms, contributing directly to our growth and success in the competitive e-commerce landscape. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing, project management, and e-commerce operations while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Fashion & Product Merchandising

  • Merchandise collections across our Shopify website to maximise sales.
  • Create attractive category pages and product collections.
  • Analyse best-selling products and identify future buying opportunities.
  • Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment of top sellers.
  • Assist with seasonal product planning and collection launches.
  • Develop mood boards and trend inspiration for upcoming collections.
  • Research current ladies fashion trends, colours, fabrics and competitors.
  • Mainatain critical path alongside the wholesale team

E - Commerce

  • Upload products across Shopify, Mirakl, Faire and other marketplaces.
  • Write engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate and commercially appealing.
  • Optimise product imagery and online presentation.
  • Manage promotions, sales campaigns and discount activity.
  • Process website orders and shipping labels.

Fashion Content & Photoshoots

  • Coordinate ecommerce photoshoots.
  • Style outfits for product photography.
  • Source locations, models, photographers and stylists.
  • Organise accessories and props.
  • Manage image selection and retouching.
  • Ensure imagery reflects the brand’s premium aesthetic.

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Create and schedule email campaigns.
  • Build customer journeys and automated flows.
  • Segment customer databases.
  • Analyse campaign performance and improve engagement.

Social Media

  • Assist in planning content calendars.
  • Research fashion trends for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Support influencer outreach and gifting.
  • Create simple graphics and edit short-form video content.
  • Engage with customers across social platforms.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyse product performance.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to increase sales.
  • Monitor search trends and improve SEO.
  • Report on seasonal performance and customer buying behaviour.

Customer Experience & Administration

  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Process returns and refunds.
  • Maintain accurate product information.
  • Liaise with warehouses and logistics partners.
  • Keep internal product databases up to date.

Essential

  • A genuine interest in women’s fashion and current trends.
  • Loves styling outfits and understands what customers want.
  • Experience using Shopify or another ecommerce platform.
  • Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical ability.
  • Confident working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Use of AI tools to Prompt and efficiently speed up and perform tasks

Desirable

  • Experience within a ladies fashion brand.
  • Knowledge of Shopify.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
  • Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Google Analytics (GA4).
  • SEO knowledge.
  • Video editing using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
  • Experience working with influencers.
  • Fashion merchandising or buying experience.
