About the Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Designer to help shape how our products, brand and customer communications are experienced. You will work across product design, marketing campaigns, sales enablement and digital content, creating high-quality visual assets that are both engaging and commercially effective.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys combining creativity, user experience and emerging technology to deliver impactful work across a fast-growing RegTech business.

Key Responsibilities

• · Design and produce product UI visuals, user experience artefacts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create engaging marketing assets for digital campaigns, website content, social media and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Develop sales presentations, event materials, infographics, and customer-facing collateral.
• Maintain and evolve design templates, brand assets and design system components.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, Marketing and Commercial teams to transform complex information into clear visual communications.
• Support product launches, feature releases, and customer communications through high-quality creative content.
• Utilise modern design and AI-assisted tools to improve quality, consistency, and delivery speed.
• Contribute to a consistent user experience and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

• · Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, UI/UX and visual design work.
• · Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools).
• · Experience creating both product and marketing design assets.
• · Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly designs.
• · Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• · Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
• · Interest in AI-powered design workflows and emerging design technologies.

Desirable Experience

• · Experience working with SaaS, FinTech or RegTech products.
• · Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• · Experience creating presentations, data visualisations and explainer graphics.
• · Understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility best practice.

Hybrid role, with 3–4 days per week in the office near West Tytherley, Salisbury (SP5 1NH)
