Graduate Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Camberley

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 08:30-17:00 | Flexi-Time Available

About the Role

Bolt Technical are recruiting for a Graduate Technical Sales Engineer on behalf of a leading manufacturer of specialist RF and microwave components.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Physics who wants to combine their technical knowledge with a customer-facing career. You'll support engineers across a range of industries, helping them identify the right technical solutions while developing the skills to progress into Technical or Field Sales.

Comprehensive product training and ongoing career development are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and application advice to customers
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements
  • Investigate and resolve technical enquiries
  • Support product evaluations and returns
  • Work closely with internal sales and engineering teams to progress customer projects
  • Assist with quotations and customer proposals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in electronics, RF technology and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident explaining technical concepts to customers
  • Organised, proactive and eager to learn
  • An interest in developing a career in Technical Sales

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engineering but also likes working with people and wants to build a long-term career combining technical expertise with commercial success.
