Physiotherapist – Premium Private Clinic for Active Older People (Farnham, Surrey)

Are you a high‑standard physiotherapist who loves seeing patients actually follow the plan, do the work, and get their lives back?

Do you want longer appointments, a full diary of engaged older people, and a team that will actively invest in you as a clinician?

If yes, keep reading.

Role

HT Physio is a premium private physiotherapy clinic in Farnham, Surrey, founded by Sunday Times bestselling author Will Harlow. We are one of the UK’s best‑known specialist clinics for active older adults, with 900+ 5‑star reviews and a large, loyal audience.

This role is a patient‑facing MSK position working mainly with adults aged 50+ who want to stay mobile, independent, and pain‑free. You’ll have longer sessions, a clear clinical framework, and the time and support to do your best work.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

· Assess and treat mainly older, active adults with back, knee, hip, shoulder and related MSK problems

· Build strong therapeutic relationships and guide patients through structured plans of care

· Communicate clearly so patients understand their diagnosis, their plan, and what success looks like

· Follow and contribute to our proven clinical systems, including use of shockwave and other adjuncts where appropriate

· Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes to HCPC standards

· Participate in weekly in‑house training, case reviews, and 1:1 mentorship

· Contribute to a positive, patient‑first culture and support clinic initiatives as we grow

Results (What Success Looks Like)

In your first 12 months, success means:

· Consistently full diary with high patient satisfaction and rebooking rates

· Patients completing full plans of care and leaving with improved function, confidence, and independence

· Strong clinical outcomes reflected in reviews, testimonials, and word‑of‑mouth referrals

· Clear contribution to the clinic’s reputation for outstanding care

· Visible growth in your own skills, confidence, and clinical decision‑making through our training and mentorship

Requirements

Essential

· HCPC and CSP registered (or eligible for HCPC registration)

· Confident MSK assessment and hands‑on treatment skills

· Genuine interest in and empathy for working with patients aged 50+

· Strong communicator who can make complex information feel simple and reassuring

· Growth mindset: comfortable with feedback, data, and being accountable for outcomes

· Reliable commute to Farnham GU9 7PG, or willingness to relocate

Nice to Have

· MSK or private practice experience

· Acupuncture / dry needling

· Postgraduate training in a relevant area

We welcome applications from physiotherapists at all career stages if the mindset fits.

Rewards (What You Get)

· Competitive salary with clear, performance‑linked progression

· Consistently full caseload with a waiting list – no worrying about where the next patient is coming from

· Longer appointments and engaged patients who value your expertise

· Structured induction from day one, so you feel confident quickly

· Weekly in‑house clinical development and coaching

· 1:1 mentorship from our clinical lead

· External CPD and further training opportunities

· Clear career development pathways as the clinic continues to grow

· Direct access to Will’s methodology, honed from treating thousands of patients and teaching a global audience
