Full job description
We are proud to be partnering with a well-established, values-driven physiotherapy clinic to appoint an experienced Physiotherapist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualised care to a broad and diverse patient base.
The Client
A modern physiotherapy clinic focused on helping everyday individuals improve movement, build strength, and regain confidence in their bodies. Their patient demographic extends beyond elite athletes to include individuals managing busy lifestyles, injuries, chronic stiffness, and movement-related concerns.
The clinic is recognised for its thoughtful, patient-centred approach, clear treatment planning, and honest, effective communication.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a collaborative clinical team within our client’s clinic, with the flexibility to work on either an employed or self-employed associate basis. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered.
Depending on experience and areas of interest, responsibilities may include:
- Delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments
- Teaching Pilates and/or reformer Pilates sessions
- Leading physiotherapy-led exercise classes
- Conducting gait analysis and movement assessments
- Collaborating closely with our client’s multidisciplinary physiotherapy and Pilates team
Clinical Approach
Our client prioritises:
- Comprehensive assessment and accurate diagnosis
- Addressing immediate symptoms alongside underlying causes
- Providing patients with clarity, reassurance, and structured treatment plans
- Building long-term, trust-based patient relationships
This is not a high-volume or protocol-driven environment; clinicians are given the time and support to deliver meaningful care.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Experience working with a broad patient demographic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High standards of professionalism and patient care
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
- A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a cohesive team
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a clinician seeking long-term alignment within a growing, team-oriented practice. Our client is focused on building a stable and committed team of professionals who share common values and a dedication to clinical excellence.
What’s on Offer
- Supportive and collaborative working environment
- Opportunities for continued professional and clinical development
- Regular team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions
- A structured, well-managed clinic with a strong values base
- Flexibility depending on preferred working arrangement
For more information or to apply, please get in touch with our recruitment team in confidence.
