Full job description

We are looking for a new chef to join us on our Neapolitan pizza stall within Chester Market Serving Neapolitan style pizza. with everything made fresh in house.

Up to 40+ hours per week
3/4 nights a week off

Cooking all fresh food with a regularly changing menu and monthly specials, input into menus is welcomed and encouraged.

we are a small friendly team amongst the bigger team of the whole market

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage inventory and assist in food production planning.
  • Provide excellent hospitality to customers, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline kitchen operations and enhance service efficiency.
